Refund Guidelines

Clear and fair refund policies for all programs

At Leaside Elite Soccer Club, we strive to provide the best experience for all our players and families. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

Before Program Start

Refunds are available before the start of a program.

A small administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

After Program Start

No refunds will be issued once a program has started.

This policy applies to all programs including full season registrations, camps, and clinics. Exceptions may be made only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of club management.

Missed Sessions

No Make-Up Sessions or Refunds

Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable. We encourage families to commit to the schedule they select during registration. If a player misses a session due to illness or injury, please contact us to discuss options.

If We Cancel a Program

If a program is cancelled by Leaside Elite Soccer Club due to unforeseen circumstances:

Full Refund

If cancelled before program start

Prorated Refund or Credit

If cancelled after program start

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • • Player's full name
  • • Parent/guardian name
  • • Program name and dates
  • • Reason for refund request
